The objective of this workshop was to review and discuss progress, challenges and opportunities in improving the quality and safety of milk and milk products in the Kenyan dairy value chain. Research insights by various stakeholders and practical experiences from a number of projects working on raw milk quality and quality based milk payment systems, were shared and discussed.
