Our journey began in managing pastures to ensure we have enough feeds during dry season. Working with contractors, we then modified the cow structure, opening the walls to improve ventilation and raising the roof to reduce heat stress. When fodder and house was ready, we then purchased two cows, then eight. We are planning to add 20 more cows this year.
